Hello,
finally I want to purchase some products, but i can't submit the billing adress form ?!? It throws the following warning message:

"Sorry, we think that your registration is spam. Please contact the website administrator for assistance in creating a user account"

I am logged in with my rather old account What gives...

Hello, something seems to have gone wrong with your original registration, if you send me your account details I will set it up for you.

Sorry you are having this problem. We were having a lot of problems with spammy registrations, so we added a plugin to stop them. It is very effective, but it does occasionally catch out real people.

Mmh, i wonder what exactly is checked by the spam bot?!? I mean, what is so unusual on my billing adress
I got a support email reply from Fiona C., and I already sent my adress data back...

It's hard to say exactly what the problem was, the plugin checks a whole variety of factors. But please don't take it personally, I am sure you did nothing wrong.
