Have looked everywhere to translate the "Read more" somehow, even though I use the Ditch Joomla version 1.5.14, read more in the "Featured Items-pro module remains in english.
Please advise!

You will need to edit the line number 433 in the file helper.php, change 

$lists[$i]->readmore = ' <a href="' . $lists[$i]->link .'" class="featureditems_readmore' . $params->get('moduleclass_sfx') . '">Read more..</a>';
 

to
 
$lists[$i]->readmore = ' <a href="' . $lists[$i]->link .'" class="featureditems_readmore' . $params->get('moduleclass_sfx') . '">Your text..</a>';
 

It should be in a language file really, sorry about this.
