<p>Hi,</p>
<p>Just bought Mod Featured Items Pro, and it's shooting blanks. I set it up every which way possible - according to sections, categories and article ID's, but all I get is a grey bar.</p>
<p>I tried turning off thumbnails and GD, in case that was the issue. I have 5 years experience with joomla, so I'm pretty good at troubleshooting. Please help - this module is pretty central to the theme of the site I'm building</p>

<p>could you provide some basic information? First of all, what is the URL of your site?</p>
<p>Are you using it with the Joomla content tables or the Resources tables extension setting? You need to make sure that you are displaying the right one.</p>
<p>If it is not showing anything at all then the most likely explanation is that there is a mistake in the parameters you have set up. Try not specifying any categories or sections at all. Then it should display a selection from among all articles.</p>
<p>Without further information it is very difficult to say what the problem is, certainly no-one has ever reported a problem like this before.</p>
