<p>I can't read the text on the player at all as it is probably the smallest font i've seen</p>

<p>I can't move to the next track when I use the folder option. What is the recommended settings to use this player as the "site playe"? I want it to be able to play all of the mp3 files on my site.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>When I use the folder option, it takes a long time for my pages to load. When I disable the module, the site loads fine.</p>

<p>I suggest increasing the size of the player a bit, using the player height parameter. Then the text will be bigger too.<br /><br />I have never encountered a problem with changing tracks nor has this problem been reported before, I retested myself and this function works fine. You may need to make sure that your mp3 list parameter is blank, otherwise the player will simply play the track that is listed.<br /><br />It will take a time for the page to load, that is because the mp3 file needs to load as well. You can try smaller mp3 files if this is a problem.</p> |

<p>my MP3 files can't be smaller... they are anywhere from 60MB to 100MB. The other FREE flash player I've used handles these sizes no problem, but this one can't.</p> |

<p>The way above is producing the bad peformance for me. I can't move forward on MP3's (track seletction) and it makes the site unusuable.</p>
<p>maybe it can't move forward because the files are too big for it to handle. Is that mentioned in your notes. Because I would not have purchased it, if that was the case.</p>

<p>Can you send me an URL where I can see the problem please?<br /><br />You should be able to move forward on the tracks, this function definitely works, it seems to me that it simply may be taking some time to download a new track.<br /><br />I see no reason why the player should not be able to handle files of that size. It has certainly been tested on files of around 20Mb and can play them without problem. If you are having problems it is possible that these are due to your web browser.</p> |

<p>I have checked further with the largest mp3 file that I have currently which is 17Mb.<br /><br />It plays fine. The button which changes tracks does so by moving the playhead to the end of the track - it does not become active until the file has finished dowloading, which takes time in your case because the files are so large. <br /><br />Your problems are caused by the very large size of your files. The normal size for an mp3 download is about 1 tenth the size, and I really think that it makes sense to reduce this size.<br /><br />If you insist on having such large files it might be possible to improve the page loading by modifiying the player so that it does not start downloading the file until the users presses the play button, I can do this for you if you wish.<br /><br />Perhaps your FREE player did happen to handle this particular issue better, but I assume that it was not as good in other ways, or you would not have bought mine.<br /><br />Mine is a very good player, it has been used by hundreds of people without these kinds of problems, which are of your own making as far as I can see. So please do not insult me and my work. If you wish to co-operate to find a solution to your difficulties then do so by actually sending me the URL where I can see for myself what it going on.</p> |

<p>I will work with you on this, but I don't want you to just suggest to shrink the size of the files. I have business requirements too, so just assuming I can shrink the size is not really that fair or logical. Now that being said, I could have investigated with you on what sizes have been tested.</p>
<p>I chose yours because you have more control with the path to the files, folder or the mp3's themselves.</p>
<p>I would like to try and see if we can do the method of not trying to start the player until the user presses play.</p>

<p>and I just noticed that you can't navigate to the next track until the current track is fully loaded. So, if the files are big, you'll have to wait awhile until you can navigate fwd.</p>
