Custom Filters Pro: price filter doesn't work

Hello,
We recently bought Custom Filters Pro extension.
It works fine, but price filter has some problems.
As you can see in the 01 attachment, in our shop there is a product named "Poltrona frog", priced at 475,00, but when price filter is set to 500,00, search results does not show "Poltrona frog" (see 02 attachment).
The 03 attachment show settings in the back-end for product "Poltrona frog".
I haven't found no price settings within extension...
Can you point me in the right direction?
Which price your extensions filters?

we are not the developers of custom filters pro, you did not buy it from us. Unfortunately we cannot help you with extensions other than our own.
