Hi,
using J 3.4.5 and VM 3.0.11.4 together with latest version of googlebasexml
I get errors in the merchant center, that some of the prices do not reflect the prices on the webpage. For some reason, the feed sends the accurate (but not rounded) prices to google (setting in VM is "using CHF rounding" and unchecked "use rounding only on display".)
As well I have some child products which are not shown because they have another price compared to parent product.
Feed: www.baby-natur.ch/index.php?option=com_g...exml&format;=xml&id;=1

Hello, I am sorry about the problem with the pricing. We will be working on a new release for the extension this week so can include a fix for this.
To clarify, the prices should be rounded to the nearest 0.05, eg 4,53 CHF should be rounded to 4,55 CHF?
Could you clarify the problem with the child products? The feed should display child products if you have this option checked. If you want the parent products to be shown as well as the children then you should leave the 'show product variants' optiion unchecked, because that option will show the children as variants of the parent product which only differ by options such as colour, size etc.
Can you give me an example of where a child product should be showing in your feed but is not?
Note that where you have a product, but it just has some custom attributes such as colour, but these are not separate child products, then the feed will only show this as a single product. This is to comply with Google's policies, they do require that if you want to submit child products, they should have their own separate landing page, or a at least a landing page where they are the selected option, it may be that this is your problem.

Hi,
yes that is correct. Prices need to be rounded to 0.05 or 0.10 ... so there only exists 0.05's in Switzerland.
So all prices need to be in 0.05 increments.
Concerning the child products. They are real stockable variants with own product ids, so not only a custom field.
I also tried to deactive child variants to show only the parents which would be sufficient -but google is again not accepting this because it sees the prices of the variants on the page and declares it as an error in the feed.

If these are stockable variants then the feed should be able to display them, in that case you do need both the 'show variants' and 'show child products' options. You might also need to set the 'Calculate Plugin Prices' option to yes, if you are having a problem with the prices of the child products.
If that does not solve it, please provide a specific example of where the problem is happening, it might make it easier to see what is the cause.
We already have a fix for the CHF prices rounding problem, we will make a new release very soon with the fix - some time this week. The new version follows automatically the setting in VM "using CHF rounding".
