TOPIC: Spiral download's download link error:

After a successful purchase on Virtuemart, Spiral Download provides a link. Not to the file itself, but to the directory name that the file is in.
EX: The file's directory example is /xx/xx/typeless/FILE.PDF (absolute path)
Spiral Downloads provides a link to download "typeless". Not "FILE.PDF"

I noticed a warning in the Spiral Download plugin page:
Warning: htmlspecialchars() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/cgvcfeng/public_html/CGVCfengshui/libraries/joomla/form/fields/text.php on line 53

I am using Virtuemart V 2.6.14

Hello, you are using the Joomla plugin manager to set the options for the download plugin. This is not the way to set up Virtuemart plugins.

Once you have installed the plugin using the Joomla installer, and enabled it in the plugin manager, you do not use the Joomla plugin manager again, you do it all through Virtuemart, by creating a custom field, then attaching it to a product, as described in the documentation https://www.spiralscripts.co.uk/Documentation/spiral-paid-download-plugin-documentation.html

The ultimate problem was my fault as (being new to Virtuemart) I didn't properly upload the files in the first place.
