Joomla 2.5 is now released. This is the new stable version of Joomla, with a planned life-cycle of 18 months. Joomla 1.5 is a fine content management system, but, now it is finally here, 2.5 offers many enhancements. We are in the process of updating all our extensions to work with Joomla 2.5, so far those which are compatible include the following:-
Most of our remaining extensions are designed to work with the Virtuemart e-commerce system as well as Joomla. We are currently updating them to work with both Virtuemart 2.x and Joomla 2.5. Due to the very substantial differences from Virtuemart 1.1.x this will take some time, but we plan to make them available over the course of the next two months. |
