VM Problem - my order confirmation emails do not show a link to downloadable products that have been purchased. Neither does viewing the order online when linked from the confirmation/invoice email.

This is a converted Joomla 1.5 Virtuemart 1.1.9 site to VM 2.0.22a and upgraded to Joomla 2.5.11. The site sells downloadable products and I have installed Spiral Download for VM, enabled the plugin, configured my products with a custom field, and added my files to my products. i have not changed the confirmation email from the VM 2 default nor have I touched the invoice.

Where is the link configured or enabled?

Hello, are you using the free version of the pro version? They work in quite different ways. if it is the free version, this does not include a download link in the email. If it is the pro version this sounds like a configuration problem somewhere - do you see anything at all, for example a message saying that a download link will be available when the product payment is confirmed.
