Our Random MP3 player can display artist and song information about the mp3 file that it is playing.

The player supports the UTF-8 character encoding for this information, which allows for multi-lingual character sets. However in order to display tags in a particular character set, the player needs to have the font information embedded. This can lead to very large file sizes. In order to keep the file size down, by default the player only includes the basic Latin character set. This consists of the basic characters A to Z uppercase and lowercase, the numerals 0 to 9, plus punctuation.

For many customers that is all that is required, however this will lead to problems where extended Latin or non-Latin characters are required to display the artist and song information. Therefore we will be happy to provide a custom version of the player with the customer's choice of character sets embedded. This is normally a straightforward operation so there will be no extra charge for this.
