VM2 Modposition - where are modules? was created by zipadyduda
Where are these modules supposed to show up?
I was hoping I could make them show up in an article.
What I have is {loadposition x} in my articles and I use the modules to show either a 'register' button or a 'buy' button depending on if they are logged in or not. I was hoping I could do the same within virtuemart pages using this product.

Hello, we don't have an extension called VM2 modposition. Do you mean this one, the VM Modcontroller module? http://www.spiralscripts.co.uk/joomla-modules/vm-modcontroller-pro-detail . You can read the module documentation here: http://www.spiralscripts.co.uk/Documentation/mod-vm-modcontroller-documentation.html

It should be possible to use this in the way you want. If it is not showing up, first of all check if the original module that you are trying to display will show up if you assign it to the module position x and publish t. You must make sure that it does, otherwise nothing will show up when its display is controlled by the controller module.

You might find that it helps to include the module title in the loadModule code, see http://www.spiralscripts.co.uk/Joomla-Tips/using-the-joomla-loadmodule-plugin.html for more information about the plugin.
