Hello, I bought snapshot pro but it’s crashing my template. I must add that free version works fine, but after I switched to pro, all the pictures are gone (don’t show up) and animation is missing too (crashed masonry grid layout). I played with settings, disabled pictures, titles and some other plugins, but no luck. What to do next?

I use Joomla 2.5.11 and Virtuemart 2.0.22a,

Could you give me a URL where I can see the problem? Also could you give me a screenshot of the settings you are using? Which layout for the plugin are you using?
